At Right Now Solutions, we aim to provide clear, fair, and upfront pricing for all services — including moving, junk removal, deliveries, handyman work, and more. While we do our best to stick to the original quote, certain situations may require additional charges to reflect the actual time, labor, or resources used.

Tolls & Route Fees

If toll roads, bridges, or tunnels are necessary to reach your location or complete the service, those charges will be added to your final invoice. This includes any round-trip tolls incurred by our crew or vehicle.

Wait Time

If our team experiences a delay of more than 15 minutes at pickup, drop-off, or on-site due to access issues, lack of readiness, or other delays outside our control, a wait time fee will apply in 15-minute increments or by hourly rate, depending on the service.

Additional or Undisclosed Items

Quotes are based on the items and details provided at booking. If more items are
added or discovered at the time of service — such as additional furniture, boxes,
junk, or handyman tasks — additional charges will be assessed accordingly.

Labor Assistance

If your job requires loading or unloading and you do not have people available to assist, we can provide additional labor support for an added fee. If this wasn’t included in your original quote, we’ll adjust the cost accordingly.
Labor Fee: Depends on the situation.
Please notify us ahead of time so we can staff accordingly.

Access Restrictions or Physical Obstacles

We charge additional fees for access-related delays that add significant time or effort to the job, including:

Parking Tickets & Lack of Nearby Parking

In cases where legal or reasonably close parking is not available, and we are forced to park in restricted areas (e.g., loading zones, no-parking zones) to perform the job, any parking citations or tickets incurred during service will be added to the final invoice. We recommend arranging a legal and convenient parking option prior to our arrival to help avoid delays or additional charges.

Rescheduling & Cancellation Fees

We ask for at least 24–48 hours‘ notice for any schedule changes. Late cancellations or rescheduling may incur a fee to cover staffing and vehicle commitments.  We’re here to help and want every job to go smoothly.
